Research/Solution

The building is multi-tenanted with certain floors being used 24 hours a day. Retail areas and a restaurant cover the concourse levels which reduces the window for attendance to carry out testing.

Implementation

The maintenance schedule is carefully planned each year to ensure the correct maintenance is carried out with no disruption to the the tenants. A full detector upgrade has also been carried out alongside the quarterly maintenance to limit the additional works that would have had an impact on the buildings operation.
