Last week, our Talent Acquisition Partner Ruth Coe attended the London Build Expo, where she volunteered with Women Talking Fire — an independent networking and support group for women and their male allies within the UK fire safety industry.
At Global Fire and Security Systems, we’re committed to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion across our workforce. A key part of that commitment is encouraging and supporting more women to explore careers in the Fire and Security sector.
It was encouraging to hear the conversations taking place around this topic with the industry offering a wide range of career opportunities — from Engineers, Risk Assessors, and Site Managers to Service Managers, Compliance specialists, Sales and Administration roles. The list go on.
However, raising awareness of these opportunities needs to begin early. Through early education, representation, networking, and strong role models who challenge societal norms and stereotypes, we can help build a more inclusive future for the industry.

We currently have a variety of roles available across the business. If you’re looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
