We are thrilled to share a massive congratulations to our colleague, Ruth Coe, who recently took on legendary National Three Peaks Challenge!
Ruth completed this challenge alongside the walking group 'Outdoorsy Women.' The team managed to summit the highest peaks in Scotland, England, and Wales, all within a demanding 24-hour window.
Ruth’s phenomenal efforts weren't just a personal triumph; they have also raised over £600 for Andys Man Club. We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who generously donated and supported Ruth’s fundraising page.
Andys Man Club is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend, peer to peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Their mission is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Andys Man Club recently hosted a deeply thought provoking webinar for Global Fire & Security colleagues. The session raised vital awareness about their work to support men’s mental health and encourage open conversations.
The funds that Ruth raised, will support Andys Man Club in hosting more of these webinars and support groups. These events help us break down stigmas and remind everyone that it’s okay to talk, ask for help, and check in on one another.
