On 14 November 2025, Global Fire & Security office colleagues took part in a deliciously competitive office bake off, all in support of BBC Children in Need.
BBC Children in Need provides vital support to young people navigating challenges such as mental health struggles, poverty, social inequality and family related issues.
Our talented team members arrived armed with an irresistible array of homemade treats that transformed the office into a dessert lover’s dream. Among the star bakes were zesty lemon cakes, Biscoff cheesecake, chocolate rice cakes, Kinder Bueno Snickers brownies, butterfly cakes, caramel brownies, and a selection of blondies that disappeared almost instantly.
To keep the excitement sweet and spirited, everyone was given scorecards to judge each creation on appearance, texture, and taste.
A huge well-done to Lauren from our Customer Service team, who was crowned our 2025 Bake Off Champion with her delicious caramel blondies and brownies.
Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, we raised an amazing £130 (and counting!) for Children in Need.
