Covid 19 Corona Virus Statement
In the light of the rapidly worsening and changing circumstances of Covid-19, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what we’re doing in response. Our priority remains the health and well-being of our people, our clients, our supplier partners and communities. We have robust contingency plans and procedures in place to provide continued services to our clients.
We have initiated a policy within the business of identifying the key workers required to ensure continued business offering to our clients. These users have either a work from home policy in place or we have alternate offices which we have equipped as Business Continuity Remote Office Bases. All workers are aware of their actions in the event of a need to assemble in their designated location.
As a precaution, we have initiated a no visitor policy at our offices, split our stock across locations and removed cross office sharing. This will ensure if one building enters quarantine we can still offer our clients service delivery when they need us.
Clearly in the short term we’re going to be talking more and meeting up less. I’ve asked our teams to get on the phone and support you in any way they can. We also utilise Microsoft Office 365 within the office and will look to hold any communications via a Microsoft Teams Video Conference.
